  • Where can I check my gift card balance?

    You can check gift card balances by clicking here and entering the card number you were sent either via text or email. If you are having issues locating the gift card number, please reach out for help at plantedbyari@gmail.com.

  • Do you have decorative pots available?

    Not just yet—but it’s coming soon!

    In the meantime, we offer pot sourcing as an optional add-on. All repotting services include a nursery liner at no extra charge, so decorative pots can easily be added or swapped out at a later time.

  • Do my pots need drainage?

    Yes—drainage is strongly recommended.

    If your decorative pots do not have drainage holes, we may use nursery liners or suggest alternative solutions to help ensure the health and longevity of your plants.

  • How far are you willing to travel?

    We currently serve a 15-mile radius from our home base in South Bend, Indiana at no additional charge.

    We’re happy to travel up to 30 miles, with a travel fee of $1.50 per mile or a flat fee of $25 (whichever is greater).

    For locations beyond 30 miles, accommodations may be possible depending on availability. Please reach out to plantedbyari@gmail.com prior to booking with any specific travel questions.

  • I'm not sure what I need, can you just come out to my place?

    Absolutely!

    If you’re unsure what your plants need, we recommend booking a consultation (phone, virtual, or in-person). During your appointment, we’ll assess your plants and talk through any concerns.

    If additional services are needed, we can often complete them the same day or schedule a follow-up visit if needed.

  • I don't see the service I'm looking for.

    No problem—we’re always open to new ideas!

    If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to plantedbyari@gmail.com. If it’s something we can accommodate, we’ll set up a time to discuss details, scheduling, and pricing.

  • Can I drop my plants off rather than you coming to me?

    At this time, we do not have a physical location—we specialize in bringing plant care directly to you!

    If a pickup service is requested, we’re happy to accommodate. In most cases, this is free of charge, though larger projects may require a transportation fee.

  • How do I book a service?

    All appointments can be booked through our website or by emailing plantedbyari@gmail.com. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for larger projects or peak seasons.

  • What types of plants do you work with?

    We work with a wide variety of indoor plants, including tropicals, succulents, cacti, ferns, orchids, air plants, and more. If you’re unsure about a plant, send us a photo or description—we’ll let you know if we can help.

  • Can you care for plants in commercial spaces?

    Yes! We offer services for homes, offices, restaurants, and other businesses. Reach out to discuss your space and needs, and we’ll create a tailored plan.

  • What should I do to prepare my plants for your visit?

    For in-home services, it’s helpful if plants are accessible and free from obstacles. If you have multiple plants or larger collections, a short list or photo reference is useful to help us plan our visit efficiently.   • Do you offer plant care advice for beginners?

    Absolutely! Consultations are a great way to learn about your plants, watering schedules, light needs, and troubleshooting. You’ll leave with tips tailored to your space and plants.

  • What if my plant needs more care than can be done in one visit?

    No worries! If a plant requires extra attention, we can schedule a follow-up visit or provide guidance for ongoing care until it’s fully healthy.
